News: New Camera

Hey guys, it's Josh. Just making this update to tell you guys that I was able to get my new camera, in exchange for good grades. So yeah. It's already purchased, and will be delivered here in two days (May 2, 2012). It came with a 16 GB SD card, 1080p HD camera, and a starter kit. Awesome possim. Here's the camera:

So now all of my videos will be in 1080p (Minus Guard Duty, since that can only be captured at 720p due to hardware limitations.)

Hey dudes, it's Josh. Now, since I don't want to shove ads down your throats like an asshole, I've disabled them on all of my videos and now I'm non-profit once more.

But, I still need to make money for new equipment and such. So, I've applied for Machinima Partnership. Meaning, if I succeed, I will be selling my soul to them just so I don't have to put ads at the front of my videos. (I don't think, anyway)

News: Chief & Chief Cancelled; The Other Ones redacted

What's up, dawgs. Josh here, and I'm just going to announce a few things. First off, which is probably good news for my subscribers, and a bit for me, Chief & Chief has been cancelled. As you may have noticed, the first episode of Season 2 of C&C was removed from my YouTube channel. The reason is because I just don't really feel I should even do it because I've lost motivation. And to be honest, writing it was a major chore. But now, I will incorporate the crazy shit that would've happened in Chief & Chief into some future project. So R.I.P. Chief & Chief, you will not be missed.

Which leads me to my next subject. I am reviving The Other Ones. This time, it will be better, and released more frequently. It will be a continuation of the original series, taking place after Outwards and still be under the Season One label. So yeah, I've gotten motivation to make The Other Ones again, after watching [Bionic Quest], a show by my friend Matt (TheBricksterable). The Other Ones will now have better writing and shit, so yeah, look out for that. The next episode should be out by saturday.

News: Guard Duty STUFF

Oh, and if you're wondering about Guard Duty, the next episode hasn't come out because Puro Wag hasn't given me her lines for the episode. She's being lazy or something, whatever. Anyway, yeah. The next episode of Guard Duty should be out shortly after she get's her lines in. The next episode will be a bit longer then the previous two. And after it's released, I can start working on Episode 4, which has it's script already written. I'm writing episode five's script at the moment, it's gonna be cool in my opinion. And will be continued in Season 2. Yea, season 2 will be happening.

Next season will be out after Halo 4's release. You'll see why as the series continues. Stay tuned.

Well, good news. I actually found a female voice actor. Thanks to the new forums site I went to, instead of voiceacting proboards, I decided to go to VoiceActingAlliance. Within a day, I already found a new actress. Her name is Puro Wag. Funny name, but whatever, I don't judge. Considering my ridiculous name, haha. Anywho, Guard Duty episode 3 will be released sometime next week or sooner. Stay tuned.

"Continuing a month after the first season, Red and Green begin to realize that they need more adventure in there life. They begin to try and wander outside, though to there dismay, they become lost in the outskirts of the real world, and must hide from humans at all cost. As they begin to adventure and wander, the two toys realize that they aren't fond of eachother, and begin to grow apart and experience changes in there personalities, which may eventually lead to there destruction..."

News: Jamn Can no longer on my channel

Just an quick update: I will no longer be posting anything under the Jamn Can production label on this channel. Meaning, Guard Duty will no longer have the Jamn Can Presents intro or whatever. Why? Because Jamn Can now has it's own channel, due to there being more then one person. You can find a link to it on the website. (Listed as Jamn Can on my list of links).

Basically, Jamn Can will now produce more Live-Action videos, while I alone will make stop motion and machinima on my own channel. So yeah, stay tuned.

News: Misguided plans, Guard Duty possible delay

Hey guys, it's Josh. Just giving you some updates. So, after much thought, I decided to change the entire plot of Misguided. Now it's more of a sitcom or whatever, satirical comedy essentially. Why? Because I don't have a blue screen to continue the original plot anymore. So yeah. But don't worry, I think you'll like this new version.

So what's to expect from this new version of Misguided? Well, here:

One solid set, the house.
More character development
Longer episodes (Around five minutes at least)
More cast members (Not just me)

Now, for some bad news. The next episode of Guard Duty may be delayed due to Chase Hobby (Voice actor for Miller) not having his lines in as of yet. But don't worry, maybe he'll send them in soon.

News: [Insert Witty Title Here]

Hey dudes, it's Josh. Just giving you some updates on shit and stuff. So, I found a solution that'll help me during making my live-action videos. As you may have noticed, especially in The Other Ones, the lighting is total dog shit. If you watched the latest Chief & Chief episode, you'll see the lighting was good near the end of the episode, but not in the middle or whatever. The reason is because the whole episode was just me fucking around with my old lamp light, testing it out or whatever. So that's why the lighting goes from decent, to shit, and back to decent. My bad, though. As I didn't really try anything with the lighting until night time. I wanted to film the whole episode during the day, though I got pissed off due to my huge ass hands showing up in every shot, so I went downstairs and just got myself some food to cool me off. Played a bit of the SexBox as well.

Anyway, back to the point of this blog post. I will be getting a new desk lamp for making stop motion. That's right, I'm gonna get back into stop motion after my long dismissal of it. And guess what else? I will be releasing Episode 2 of Misguided after it's 3 month hiatus. That wont come out for awhile though, as I'm currently trying to find a good blue-screen that's not my shirt. Yeah, I use ghetto hardware and software and shiz, I don't care. As long as it works. Also, my primary focus will still be Chief & Chief/Guard Duty, but when I have free time, I will work on the episodes of Misguided. Also, the first season of Guard Duty will only be five episodes. I know, I know. But when the first season of GD ends, I can work more on Chief & Chief's first season, which is fifteenth episodes. After that ends, then I'll work on Misguided's first season some more. So yeah. The third somewhat successful continuing story-arc BIONICLE stop motion is coming back. You excited? I'm not, but I hope you are. Smiley face.
